If you lose someone or something this is painful. Think of a dear person, your pet that you are attached to, but it could also be the loss of your job, the hope of a child or your marriage. You have to mourn loss, and everyone does it in their own way. For some it takes longer than for others. If after a while you are unable to get back to your normal life, if loss and mourning continues to dominate your life, it is wise to seek help.
